¿Qué gastos de envío tiene la obra?
Los gastos de envío va por nuestra cuenta, viajen donde viajen.
Yo vivo en México, ¿llegará la obra a mi casa?
Sí, enviamos obra a todos los lugares del mundo. Vivas donde vivas puedes adquirir una obra de Ortubia y te llegará a tu casa. Cuando realices el pedido y el paquete o la caja esté lista recibirás un código de seguimiento.
¿Tienen certificado de autenticidad?
Sí, y te llegará junto a la obra. Además se trata de un certificado cuyo código queda registrado y puede consultarse desde cualquier lugar del mundo.
¿Cómo puedo pagar una obra de Ortubia?
Tienes varios sistemas de pago:
1- PayPal
2- Google Pay
3- Apple Pay
Sólo tienes que agregar las obras que quieras al carrito y seguir el proceso de pago con el sistema que más te guste.

¿Cómo puedo ver las obras disponibles?
A través de menú, podrás navegar por las distintas colecciones.
Puedes FILTRAR y ORDENAR las obras por DISPONIBILIDAD (En existencia o Vendido), PRECIO (De más alto a más bajo), ALFABÉTICAMENTE y por FECHA de más antiguo a reciente.
¿Ortubia hace obras por encargos?
No. Sus obras disponibles son las que ves en la web. Sin embargo, si se trata de algo muy especial podríamos plantearlo, pero por regla general, hace años que Ortubia no realiza encargos.
¿Cada cuánto tiempo se sube obra nueva a la web?
Las obras recientes de Ortubia están disponibles de inmediato. Cuando termina una serie de cuadros se suben a la web y ya se pueden adquirir.
También estamos recuperando obras antiguas que se van incorporando a la web a medida que las catalogamos y preparamos.
Te aconsejamos estar atento ya que cada semana aproximadamente podrás descubrir obras nuevas.
¿Puedo comprar prints de las obras de Ortubia?
No. Las obras que verás en la web son OBRAS ÚNICAS. Sólo existe una en el mundo y los derechos de reproducción son del artista. Si encuentras prints de obras de Ortubia en otras plataformas estarán cometiendo un delito, ya que no son autorizados ni originales.
Me interesa una obra de la web pero ya está vendida ¿Qué puedo hacer?
Alguien se te ha adelantado. Las obras de Ortubia se venden únicamente a través de la galería online, tras una conversación con el equipo,o un local autorizado por Ortubia en Bilbao. Con lo cual alguien desde el otro lado del mundo puede estar adquiriendo la obra que te gusta en este instante. La obra pertenecerá a la persona que la adquiera antes.
Compré una obra de Ortubia hace años pero no tengo CERTIFICADO DE AUTENTICIDAD.

What are the shipping costs for the artwork?
The shipping costs are on us, no matter where they are sent.
I live in Mexico, will the artwork be delivered to my house?
Yes, we ship artwork to all places in the world. No matter where you live, you can acquire an Ortubia artwork, and it will be delivered to your house. When you place the order and the package or box is ready, you will receive a tracking code.
Do you provide a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, and it will be delivered with the artwork. It is a certificate whose code is registered and can be consulted from anywhere in the world.
How can I pay for an Ortubia artwork?
There are several payment systems:

How can I view the available artworks?
Through the menu, you can navigate through the different collections. You can FILTER and SORT artworks by AVAILABILITY (In stock or Sold), PRICE (From highest to lowest), ALPHABETICALLY, and by DATE from oldest to most recent.
Does Ortubia create artworks on commission?
No. The available works are those you see on the website. However, if it's something very special, we might consider it, but generally, Ortubia has not taken commissions for years.
How often is new artwork added to the website?
Ortubia's recent works are available immediately. When a series of paintings is completed, they are uploaded to the website and available for purchase. We are also recovering old works that are incorporated into the website as we catalog and prepare them. Stay tuned, as you can discover new works approximately every week.
Can I buy prints of Ortubia's artworks?
No. The artworks you will see on the website are UNIQUE PIECES. There is only one in the world, and the reproduction rights belong to the artist. If you find prints of Ortubia's artworks on other platforms, they are committing a crime, as they are not authorized or original.
I am interested in an artwork on the website, but it is already sold. What can I do?
Someone got ahead of you. Ortubia's works are sold exclusively through the online gallery, after a conversation with the team, or a location authorized by Ortubia in Bilbao. Thus, someone from the other side of the world might be purchasing the artwork you like at this moment. The artwork will belong to the person who acquires it first.
I bought an Ortubia artwork years ago but do not have a CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY.
